Pre Sale Questions

Most orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from receipt of your order, excluding weekends, and public CN holidays.Your order will be delivered within 8-30 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Due to the popularity of certain items delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Returns

To return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and any necessary return authorization.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with return shipping labels in these cases.

Shipping

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, you could track with it. Also, you could track your order on Track My Order.

Standard shipping is free for all orders, while expedited shipping requires an additional fee of $5.

Product fault analysis & elimination

2.Power of battery is not enough
